Strategy Institute, North America’s strategic business information provider is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide superior customer care for in-bound and out-bound calls to secure registrations for our senior-level executive conferences!

The Opportunity

This position offers a chance to join a winning team in the growing information and education industry. You will act as the 'go-to' person for conference registrations and delegate relations. You will become knowledgeable on all conferences and be able to communicate the value proposition to potential delegates.

No experience is necessary and we provide ongoing training and mentor support. This position presents opportunities to learn about multiple business topics that are highly relevant in today's economy, while cultivating your skills for personal development and professional advancement.

• Manage all inbound conference inquiries and secure registrations
  
• Follow-up with customer inquiries and close sale
  
• Provide on-going delegate communication and relationship building
  
• Manage and maintain customer inquiries database
  
• Perform registration duties including confirmation and payment collection

• University Degree
  
• Career focused
  
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (a must)
  
• Excellent computer skills (a must)
  
• Experience in call centre/customer service centre (considered an asset)
  
• Exposure to database administration
  
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Compensation

$13-$15/hour plus bonus
